Kramer was rescued through New England Old English Sheepdog Rescue in March of 1996.
Kramer's life was spreading the word and work of Rescue. Many of you might not know that he was recognized not only locally, nationally and internationally as an Ambassador for Rescue. The OESCA is doing a special tribute to Kramer this September at their Nationals in St. Paul, Mn.
Kramer did his job on earth with full honors, now at the Rainbow Bridge, he is spreading "Rescue Dust".
